Getting started

Connecting your eBay account

After signing in, use the "Connect eBay account" button on your dashboard. You'll be redirected to eBay's OAuth consent screen, where you can review the exact permissions we request. By default we request only read-only permissions (view your inventory, view your account settings). You can revoke access anytime at ebay.com/settings/apps.

Viewing your listings

Once connected, your active eBay listings sync into your AuctionHelper dashboard. Prices, categories, and images are refreshed on the standard cache cadence. You can force a fresh sync from the dashboard toolbar.

Sold-comp pricing

On any listing view, click "Get sold comps" to see recent sold-price data for comparable items. The tool surfaces median, mean, and range across the last 90 days of comparable sales.

Common questions

Does AuctionHelper modify my listings?

Only if you explicitly grant write permissions and take an action. By default, we operate in read-only mode. Publishing, revising, or ending listings requires an additional consent step where eBay shows you the specific write scopes involved.

How is my data stored?

Every stored row is tied to your account. We do not aggregate, resell, or share data with third parties. See our Data handling page for the full technical detail.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Request an account deletion from your dashboard, or email info@auctionhelper.com. We honor eBay's marketplace-account-deletion notifications automatically as well.
